Orientation Lead: Led new hires through a seven-week training course on product knowledge and coordinated with market managers and team mentors to ensure a seamless process.


Product Testing & Feedback: Met with development on two occasions to review and provide feedback on the new Lease Comp 360 design, as well as test the property and park/center creation tool in Web Enterprise.

Lease Comp Captain (Sub Team): Updated team scores weekly, created and sent out enhancement files to the team and broader region to capture missing data and increase percentage researched, led quarterly Power Brokers for the Raleigh team and played a large role in capturing submissions and obtaining judges for Impact Awards.


Aerial Task Force: Served as a member of the Aerial Task Force for the mid-atlantic region. Reviewed and updated hundreds of projects in the Tennessee, Charlotte, South Carolina, Raleigh, and Richmond Markets.
