Grace Rumble

During the last three years as a lifeguard/ swim instructor I've had the opportunity to work closely and learn from many different assistant pool managers. A variety of different experiences has taught me that the assistant pool manager job requires patience, good problem solving and communication skills. In my other position at Simi Valley Aquatics, l worked with different kids who had very specific needs. As a result I used multiple strategies and techniques during my instruction that helped students learn to swim. All of this experience has given me the skills will need to pursue a job in management.
