I have worked many jobs over the past few years. Most have been in the food industry and customer service, but I also have experience as the lead photographer over my whole high school media department.
During this position I was employed to work on the floor at the restaurant. The main job that I did was being at the register, and also making sure that all customers were taken care of by answering all of their questions and tending to their needs. I also was a server in charge of making sure that the right food got to the customers, and also reporting back to the kitchen if anything was wrong with the customer's order.
During my senior year of high school I had the pleasure of being the Lead Photographer and teachers assistant. Throughout my time in this position I conducted training and mentored my fellow classmates and underclassmen to promote productivity, accuracy and commitment to a friendly working environment. I also collaborated with my teacher to assist lesson and curriculum planning and teaching efforts. As well as being a team leader, I also spent almost 4 years working with the yearbook staff on campus to provide pictures for almost every school event. During those 4 years I took almost 200,000 pictures for school events and edited not only my pictures, but also the pictures of every other photographer on campus. During that time I also became Adobe Photoshop Certified.
At this job maintained customer satisfaction with timely table check-ins to assess food and beverage needs, and also greeted customers and helped them navigate the restaurant and menu. I also performed dining room sanitation tasks such as spill cleanup, table sterilization, removal of waste from tables, and opening and closing the restaurant.
At this job I prepared multiple orders simultaneously during peak periods with high accuracy rate, maximizing customer satisfaction. I also set up and prepared cooking supplies and workstations during opening and closing to maximize productivity. I also simultaneously worked as the register position and made sure that the customer's order was correctly communicated to the rest of the staff.
