Operator on a four person, four station assembly line building, packing and evaluating Electronic Differential Locking Systems to meet quality standards of customer and delivery schedules

Independent Assembly Cell Operator:

Operator of an independent, 8 station assembly cell, building, packing and evaluating electronic differential locking systems to meet quality standards of customer and delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of all Plant and line safety and environmental policies and procedures; to recognize potential safety hazards.

Possess full knowledge of all equipment within the line.

Operate all equipment within the line at stringent operating rates with minimum downtime.

Demonstrate full knowledge of autonomous maintenance, Safety Alerts, Quality Alerts and change management procedures related to the line.

Demonstrate correct gaging techniques and perform all quality verification within the line to the required standard.

Demonstrate the ability to run masters and/or red rabbits.

Demonstrate the ability to reset errors.

In charge of running all aspects of store solo when owner/other associates are on deliveries/acquisitions: principally, greeting all visitors as they enter, tending visitor experience, conducting sales transactions.

As acquisitions come in, as inventory moves out, in charge of re-imagining/re-arranging the store's displays, staging, at times layout.

As needed, maintain the store's interior and exterior lush plant environment; help carry heavy furniture into and out of the store.
