I worked in the Starbucks kiosk. My main job was customer service. Handled customer complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.

My job also included cashier and server. I did the prepping the drinks and the food, Maintained and operated espresso machines, blenders, commercial coffee brewers, coffee pots, and other equipment. Trained new employees, sharing knowledge and expertise of coffees, teas, and merchandise. Maintained clean and organized workspace, ensuring welcoming environment for customers. Managed inventory levels to ensure all necessary supplies were always available, preventing any service delays.

I also worked in the deli department. Prepping food for the customers. Maintaining the deli display.

I worked at two different stores. While at one store, I was asked by the general manager to help with an opening of a new store. I bagged customer items efficiently using proper techniques to protect delicate items and separate different groups of merchandise. Maintained cleanliness of store premises, resulting in an inviting shopping environment for customers. Helped customers take merchandise out of store and loaded items into vehicles.

I also worked in the fresh fruit kiosk that was part of the bakery. I prepped all the fruit.
