Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students grades TK-5 within general education and special day classroom setting, conduct functional behavioral assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors and create effective behavior intervention plans accordingly, utilize formal and established testing protocols to evaluate educational, emotional and behavioral needs of students, collaborate with teachers and parents to implement effective strategies for addressing students'' unique learning needs, observe students in classroom and play environments, meet with students to conduct individual assessments and determine academic and mental health needs, advocate for equitable access to educational opportunities by assessing potential accommodations or modifications required for diverse learners within the general education curriculum.

• Participated in staff meetings and district committees as a representative of pupil services upon request; actively participated in Student Study Team (SST) meetings; provided case management for students referred for special education; delivered crisis response and intervention services to students; administered standardized measures of cognitive ability and psychological processing ability; evaluated and interpreted test findings; generated legally defensible psychoeducational reports; interpreted and consulted test findings to parents and staff regarding pupils' potential, achievement level, and social- emotional well-being; contributed to the recommendation of potential services and placement in special education programs; consulted with other agencies and professionals for the purpose of correlating all available information regarding individual cases; and monitored compliance with assessments and individualized educational plans (IEP); provided bilingual assessment support as a member of the bilingual psychologist assessment team.

• Consulted and collaborated with administrators and general education teachers to develop effective interventions for students who displayed academic, behavioral, or social emotional challenges through the SST process; developed and/or reviewed 504 Plans; received and reviewed IEP’s; communicated with corresponding team members of services needed for each individual pupil with special education services (i.e. Structured academic instruction); delivery of crisis response, intervention and post-vention services to at-risk youth with learning, behavioral, and/or mental health concerns; designated instructional services (DIS) provider, provided counseling services to the general education population, mental health resource specialist, administered, scored, and interpreted psychological measures of functioning; generated legally defensible psychoeducational reports; and participated in IEP meetings to communicate assessment results.

Effectively implemented lesson plans for 20-30 students, grades K-12, within a general education and special day classroom, and maintained standards of student behavior and well-being

Provide the primary clerical duties such as answering phones and explain company programs to prospective students and/or parents, register incoming students, administer reading evaluations, conduct new student and freshman orientation, inventory and purchasing of office supplies, and facility maintenance.

Manage day-to-day operations in a middle school setting that included staff programming, educational and recreational activities, organize lessons plans and site material and paperwork which also included managing my yearly budget, organize and execute community, student events and fields trips, build strong relationships with parents, volunteers, teachers and staff, establish community partnerships and facilitate professional development and monthly evaluations. During the summer camp season, manage and supervise staff through this intense summer program for at risk students, monitor and maintain constant communication between camp director and campsite leads. Ensuring all camper wellbeing and safety through an overall 24-hour supervision of 12 campers and provide a quality camping experience.
