• Used hand tools such as wire strippers, cutters to prepare wires for connections to boxes, terminals.
• Pulled wires through conduit runs using fish tapes, mule tape, pony tugger, and grease.
• Replaced defective circuit breakers, fuses, switches, outlets, GFCIs, lighting fixtures, and other components as needed.
• Worked with a variety of materials including PVC conduits, copper wiring, aluminum wiring, 600 kcmil compression lugs and MC cables.
• Assisted with cold commissioning, landed DASS panels, UPS batteries, JBox, First Response Station, automated gate, Met station, alarm system, camera, and lamp post.

• MV junction box, union struts, and LV/AC panel installation.
• Ran MV cable from the substation to the junction boxes with heavy machinery, and DC cable from the inverter to the batteries with a pony tugger.
• Battery stack in the storage container, battery receiving, and battery serial organization.
• Read blueprints and manuals to determine test procedures or adjustment methods.

• Managed inventory and supplies to ensure that materials and tools were available and reliable when needed.
• Assisted commissioning with megging, continuity, and point-to-point testing. Splice remediations.
• Backfill, open trenches, and operate different types of machinery: compactor, hydro vac, water truck, and skid steer.

PV Side

• Wire management: trunk bus, plug-and-play, final connections. String harness and connection into PV modules.
• Cab line, combiner box, SCADA, and met station installations.
• Run DC cable from inverters to combiner box.
• DC cables terminations at combiner boxes and inverters, grounding rods, ground crimping.
