I have served at 2 duty stations, the first one was Chemical Biological Incident Response Force, located in Indian Head Maryland. I served there from September of 2021 until May of 2023. While there I was a team leader, appointed over 5 Marines for 6 months. I then became a squad leader, leading 18 Marines. I also was in charge of maintenance and logistics. While serving as a team leader, my unit was on standby for the state of the union address in 2022 and 2023.
My Current duty station is Marine Corps Air Facility Quantico. There I serve as an Airfield Rescue Firefighter. In the 2 months I have been stationed there I have been promoted to the rank of Corporal, as well as been earned the billet of Training NCO. I manage the drills and classes that my shift does and lead a majority of the training events.
