CTC utilized my skills to install a cove crown moulding job for them before managing a Hardie siding project for them.

I supervised a Hardie siding crew installing on piling houses on North Captiva Island.

During my employment with Eganbuilt I built a set of exterior stairs, installed a house of crown moulding, and built an Ipe deck on one of their downtown remodel projects.

F&S is a framing and exterior trim subcontractor that supplies all their own materials handling large commercial projects. As one of three full time estimators, I took over a position left in vacant shambles in the wake of the Covid shutdown.

Using Sage and Bluebeam I prepared labor and material bids for large commercial projects, dealing with all vendors from trusses to lumber. Once a bid was landed the estimator assumed project manager duties from the office.

As owner of my own framing/siding/and interior trim company I performed all of my own administrative duties including prospecting/marketing, estimating, HR, and on site leadership executing entire jobs through completion in a sub contract format.

My scope of work in that time included new construction, remodel, residential, and commercial projects on slab and off grade foundations.
