Graham Bourne

Team lead working to run fundraising calling shifts. Responsibilities include coaching callers, generating shift reports, managing shifts, and answering caller questions.

• In this role, I call alumni, parents, and friends of UC to build personal rapport, update demographic information, and secure donations for the Foundation.
• In my first fiscal year, I secured the foundation $9,559.14 through 96 commitments.
• I also won the Day of Giving credit card donation competition for the fall with 8 credit card donations in 3 shifts.

In this role I performed tasks such as creating excel sheets that organized data involving taxpayer information, worked the front desk meeting with taxpayers to help answer questions, and other miscellaneous tasks such as opening mail and sorting paper work.
