• Supervising calling shifts at the Digital Philanthropy Center
• Perform data analysis of calling statistics and caller performance
• Perform various tasks at UC Foundation including clerical work and annual giving team planning

• In this role, I call alumni, parents, and friends of UC to build personal rapport, update demographic information, and secure donations for the Foundation.
• During my tenure here, I have secured the university $16,152.33 from 155 commitments.
• I also won the Day of Giving credit card donation competition for the fall with 8 credit card donations in 3 shifts.

In this role I performed tasks such as creating excel sheets that organized data involving taxpayer information, worked the front desk meeting with taxpayers to help answer questions, and other miscellaneous tasks such as opening mail and sorting paper work.
