There are so many types of people you cross paths with in this life. I always wondered why I so naturally was able to get along with so many walks of life until my roommate in the Army. He said hes never met anyone who can somehow find a way to relate to almost everyone no mater who, age, rank or culture. I feel extremely confident that I can be a beneficial addition to this profession because of my ability to relate and connect with so many. With the myriad of different personalities as well as from all walks of life both in the Fire Service, and the community I hope to protect and serve. I only want to potentially add to the moral and overall workenviorment by showing everyone of my desire to be there, with action not only words along with listening without input until warranted. If given the chance, I am humbly certain my addition to this prestigious department will exceed expectations as well as represent, not only, the Fire Service, but this Fire Department in a way that demonstrates honor, duty, integrity and courage. My work ethic along with my desire to be revered by my fellow brothers and sisters as some one they can with complete certainty rely on, depend on, and mostly, trust that I will do and can do my job to the highest standard that is expected of me.

I enjoy playing Ice hockey, surfing and riding dirtbikes. I grew up surfing but, as im sure you are aware, isn't a everyday hobbies. Not knowing anyone who played I decided to figure it out on my own, and that was 10+ years ago. I recently bought my sons electric dirtbikes and when in highschool i had one. It has been a great resource to get them outside and for all of us to bond.
