Accomplishments

  • Media team redesign: This includes making sure they have the proper equipment, safe storage space, shared calendar for scheduling events, and processes to make sure the team has more than enough people to accomplish all pre production, production, and post production needs.

  • As Senior Instructional Designer, I created a rewards program that offered tickets into a drawing for each closed project or shout out on Achievers (associate recognition software). I also included other department initiatives for more opportunities to earn tickets. This includes things like big training events that needs additional volunteers, etc...
  • I was employed at the Choctaw Nation for 10 and a half years.

Affiliations

  • I hosted think and learn sessions every team meeting where associates took turns teaching something new they learned that week. If no one had anything, we did peer reviews instead. Our peer reviews consisted of a team memeber bringing one of their projects to showcase for everyone. The goal was to look for errors, quality of life improvements or design improvements.
