  • Analyze State and County level data with a focus on courthouse problem-solving courts and other court programs, program participant recidivism, judicial case logs, juror utilization, usage of the courthouse and its facilities (holding cells, etc.), and Annual Caseflow Analysis
  • Generate and create statistical reports, research reports, and other written reports, including Annual Caseflow Assessment
  • Present findings to Judges, courthouse administrative staff including attorneys and social workers, and various other community stakeholders.
  • Assist with program evaluations and analyze workload demands
  • Maintain overall records for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) programs, including research to determine status of case, recommendations for referrals and statistics on all mediations, settlement conferences and other ADR services/programs
