  • People Partner for Looker R&D and Marketing through Google Cloud acquisition and integration. Responsible for driving talent strategy for 350+ employees across the US, EMEA, and APAC locations.
  • Lead People Partner for Google Cloud's site strategy workstream. Member of the project team for the site selection of Cloud's newest U.S. tech hub. Created a site ramp playbook to help drive a successful site launch and expansion.
  • Developed a framework and launched the inaugural talent and succession planning for aligned client groups. In concert with the VP of R&D, the VP of Marketing held aligned organizations accountable for delivery against subsequent development plans and action items for identified key talent, underperformers, or single points of failure.
  • Created an HR integration playbook for the Google M&A HR team, grounded in programs and initiatives leveraged by Looker to drive successful onboarding and integration.
  • Led the transition strategy (reorg, comms strategy, key talent retention) following the unexpected departure of Looker's Chief Product Officer, soon after the acquisition.
  • In partnership with VP, R&D, developed Looker R&D People and Talent Roadmap.
  • 12 months Post integration, led retention efforts focused on the identification of key talent at risk of attrition. In partnership with comp COE, delivered of supplemental equity grants for those meeting qualifiers specific qualifiers for performance, potential, and cash flow depreciation.

  • In response to underwhelming performance, partnered with CRO in analysis of the GTM organization to determine and address people-related causes. As a result of the analysis, we developed new ramped rep performance benchmarks, updates to quotas, and incentive compensation plans.
  • Revamped the Hired talent calibration process increasing manager self-service and decreasing the percentage of total salary invested per cycle by nearly 50%.
