Grant Berberian

I am in the B.S./M.D. program at Seton Hall University, majoring in Biology with a minor in Chemistry, and I am committed to pursuing a career in medicine. My passion for healthcare began in high school and has since grown through diverse clinical, research, and leadership experiences that have shaped my perspective as an aspiring physician.

I have completed internships in psychiatry, family medicine, gastroenterology, orthopedics, plastic surgery, cardiology, emergency medicine, and forensic pathology, shadowing and learning from physicians across specialties. These experiences exposed me to patient care in outpatient, surgical, and emergency settings, deepening my commitment to compassionate, evidence-based medicine.

At Seton Hall, I serve as both a Supplemental Instructor in General Chemistry and a Tutor-in-Residence in Biological and Chemical Sciences, where I’ve been recognized with the ARC Rookie of the Semester Award and CRLA certification for academic excellence in teaching and mentorship. My research in organic chemistry and oncology continues to strengthen my foundation in biomedical science and laboratory skills.
I am driven by a vision of integrating scientific discovery, patient-centered care, and leadership to advance healthcare and make a lasting impact on the communities I serve.
