Summary
After pursuing an Economics degree at the University of Kentucky for 2 years, I job shadowed for Copperline Electric Company. During that time I discovered my skillsets were more suitable for a career in the trades. I've been around many professional trades all my life, as my family owns Mees Tile and Marble in Louisville, KY. Our family also remodels and builds homes. During my apprenticeship so far and attendance at IEC, I have been able to develop many skills and gain the knowledge quickly to become a strong asset of the crew. I am currently a second year apprentice with just under three thousand hours of experience looking to continue my career in the electrical field.
