Grant Nowatka

After graduating from Elon University (May 2023) with a degree in Communications, I spent the better part of two years receiving a crash course in sales and business at Parkview Advance. I started out cold calling as a broker (funding specialist,) then moving on to junior underwriter. While working on the underwriting team, I was able to lead a project to bring in new openers/rev gen employees. After leaving Parkview Advance, I worked briefly as a debt relief consultant at Business Debt Adjusters. A remote contract position that I worked while planning my move to Austin Texas. Most recently I have been working as a Carrier Representative for ARRIVE Logistics. There I learned about the world of freight brokerage and trucking. Working with established accounts as well as doing outreach for my own book of business.
