Planner

Rudolph Technologies Inc./Onto Innovation
Bloomington, MN
06.2018 - 05.2022
  • Introductory Period Review Form:
  • Grant has been an invaluable asset to the service planning position. He show initiative when given projects by diving in and organizing the chaos. Grant is doing extremely well handling the constant "Tool Down" service orders in a timely manner. The backlog is continually shrinking bit by bit even though the volume of orders is increasing. He has been a great help training new employees and has even started updating current procedures pertaining to service planning and service MRB. He is an excellent addition to the planning team and I have high expectations for his future at Rudolph Technologies.
  • Quarter 4 2018:
  • Grant has done an outstanding job organizing the service MRB area. He continues to take the initiative to streamline the service planning role. This last quarter he brought back the weekly meetings to go over backlog, developed metrics to track the service orders, and has taken timeout of his day to train new employees. Grant is dependable and has a very positive attitude. He has been instrumental in getting the backlog under control and is diligent about getting out the many urgent orders on a daily basis.
  • Quarter 1 2019:
  • Grant has done an outstanding job communication realistic dates with the service team. He created a spreadsheet with status of backlog and has reduced backlog significantly. Service can now see the delivery date on each sales order. As for service MRB, for the first time in years, it is getting traction. Grant has done a great job getting this process moving along once again. Grant dives into projects and sees them thru to the end. He is willing to help out in any area to get the material shipped to the customer.
