I am currently serving in the second term as council member on the Wisconsin Council on Special Education which advises the Department of Public Instruction in matters related to the education of all children with disabilities. Since 1998 I've worked with children and families in various capacities with the goal of empowering them with knowledge and tools to succeed. In various environments, one of the main characteristics that many have come to know me by is an encourager. Faith and Love is what grounds and empowers me so that I can consult and coach staff helping to train and facilitate change for educators, children and families in pursuit of greater outcomes.
