I currently work at Rico's Public House as a bartender.

• Here I am able to handle stressful situations which has allowed me to use conflict resolution techniques to diffuse tense situations and maintain a positive atmosphere, work quickly, and stay organized.
• While also managing my own time I am in charge of delegating tasks and making sure everything runs smoothly throughout the whole restaurant.
• I am trusted with money handling and liquor sales as well as giving customers a pleasant time.
• Recently I have Provided bar staff with training and guidance, resulting in improved customer service standards as I have moved up in seniority and gained responsibility.

• This position requires the ability to manage your own time as well as others.
• Through this role, I have been able to lead the restaurant staff through full services while keeping an eye on everything and fixing any issues that come up according to business policy and managerial expectations.
• This position also involved performing as a manager, as I directed 8-16 front-of-house staff members in order to get tasks done efficiently. Overall this promotion allowed me to further my time management skills as well as multitasking in stressful environments.
• Here I managed inventory and communicated with other departments to meet the needs of business.

• I worked at the Kingston Papa Murphy's as a supervisor and trainer.
• As a member of management, I was in charge of listening to the crew and relaying concerns and questions to the manager.
• Along with this I was trained to run the store by myself from open to close while also doing prep and helping customers.
• Was able to manage more than 300 orders per shift while instructing and guiding crew members.
• Here I was able to learn the values that come with teamwork and communication along with proper money handling and crew management.
