Extracurricular Activities

Ball High School Mentor, Galveston, TX December 2021 Assisted students with an array of behavioral, intellectual and physical disabilities at Ball High School through the Special Education/504 plan program as a mentor, paraprofessional, peer, and friend. Duties varied and consisted of assisting with schoolwork, time management, outside job applications, group talks, encouraging ongoing progress and development of each student’s goals, as well as leading an art therapy course after school hours as part of an intervention program. Bolivar Peninsula Beach Volunteer May 2024 Participates as needed for beach cleanup regularly and after storms. Recent ongoing beach cleanup efforts after Hurricane Beryl. Assists homeowners with debris removal, and general beach cleanup.
