I am currently employed since November of 2023 at Celebrity Theaters in Ruston and in those two years, I have never once faced a situation I was not capable of handling. I always feel an obligation to make sure a customer is satisfied with my service and my manners. I am very willing to learn about the ins and outs of a job in order to fulfill my duty as necessary and as such, if I am told to do something, it will get done. - I mostly am expected to help customers, sometimes up to 300 in a day, whether it be directing them or taking their orders and selling them tickets.
- I do occasionally enforce company policy such as keeping outside food and drinks outside of the theater as well as making sure customers sit in their designated seats and have proof of ID.
- Along with customer service, I am also responsible for making sure auditoriums are clean for the next audience after a film ends and routinely checking and cleaning the restrooms.
- More often than not I am assigned a closing shift in which I stay and close down concessions, wash equipment, and count stock.
