Summary

Throughout the years of education and professional development I saw a common denominator with my work history and that's working with people who are in need, whether it's a small need or a large one. Through Lifewire and Consejo I learned that I am the most compassionate and dedicated worker when it comes to helping marginalized communities. As a Bilingual Housing Stability Advocate at Lifewire i wear different hats and assist survivors with a variety of things things not limited to my title and/or role. Though my position has a main focus on housing, after achieving the housing portion of things, we move on and work on other survivor needs and that could be a list of things and it always changes case by case. Fortunately Lifewire has given me opportunity to out grow my title and role and expand my support on different areas of survivor needs. I've collaborated effectively across different teams within Lifewire such Homeless service team and Legal team, enhancing service delivery to diverse populations and survivor needs. I never shy away from professional growth so that i can improve operations and personalize assistance to better serve survivors and/or high need individuals.
