as I feel these courses would fit well into the current clientele at Pro-Health and give me a more well rounded knowledge base to be a more effective coach and trainer.

Following up, I plan to take further study in Stretching and Flexibility Specialization and Behavioral Changes Specialization.

I have no current work experience in this field. and have not achieved a client base as yet, as I have only received this Certification. It has become a passion of mine in the last 2 years. I fell in love with this level of fitness and I just want to help on their fitness journey in a safe way. In addition, as a member already and having taken advantage of the many group fitness classes and personal training sessions in the weight area, I know many of the members and staff at ProHealth already quite well. I have had 100% support from all my instructors and trainers on my journey, whom I also have the pleasure of calling friends, as we have all gotten to know each quite well, and most of the rest of the staff and I know each other and get along. Finally, as I spend the majority of my time at ProHealth, I feel I would fit in perfectly.

  • Very athletic and competitive, I played varsity baseball in high school, and in college. Briefly had the San Diego Padres interested in me. Didn't happen, but was still cool to be seen.
  • also played basketball, soccer, volleyball, ran track, and long distance running
  • started my fitness journey in 1986 in High School. Today, thanks to my coach and trainer, and instructors, I realize I clearly didn't know what I was doing and I am in better shape than I have been in my whole life. I am in love with fitness and exercise now. The knowledge I have now has helped me immensely and I want to pass it on to others.
