• At Memorial Care, I have served as a rooming nurse, tasking nurse, nurse scribe, scribe trainer, team lead, and performed orientation and training of nurses.
• In my role as team lead, I have taken on a variety of duties, including, but not limited to, vaccine, medication, and medical supply inventory. Touchworks and CLIA super user. Colleague Flu Champion. Education positions in onboarding and orientation of new colleagues.

I worked as a Nurse Tech on the acute care floor of ALMH, where I got a taste of what a nursing career would look like and began practicing the values of our organization.

• Assisted nurses with patient care activities such as bathing, dressing and feeding.
• Provided emotional support to patients and their families.
• Performed vital sign measurements including pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure and respiration.
• Observed patients' physical condition and reported changes to nursing staff.
• Maintained accurate records of patient care services provided in accordance with hospital policies.
• Cleaned and sterilized medical equipment following established procedures.
• Answered call lights promptly to respond to patient needs in a timely manner.
• Maintained a safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards.
