Improved the fairness of the basketball games by not only enforcing the rules of the game but also teaching the game to the younger ages by telling them how they messed up and how to correct it.

Assisted in coordinating the club's day-to-day activities by making sure every group had the necessary supplies, evening out our staff-student ratio, and building a meaningful relationship with the students there.

Assisted my players in developing the game's basic skills while keeping the environment fun. I also kept good communication with the parents about practice times or cancellations while keeping them in the loop about game times.
