Recruitment, Development, and Retaining of Players and Coaches

I believe the key to the above objective is being part of something bigger than yourself.  Both players and Coaches have many options.  Regardless of the level of play, athletes need to have the ability to be with like-minded players. For some, it is merely being part of the team and competing.  For others, it can be with the goal of being part of an elite group that wants to continue their playing career at the next level. Lakota FC has a place for every player and must continue to offer programs that speak to each player.

In addition, coaches must have the support system to grow, whether that be informally from others or formally via course-work.  A unified curriculum would allow coaches to be interchangeable.  Too often coaches want to prepare for a match and make it harder than it needs to be.  By sticking to the lesson plan and allowing players to solve problems via guided discovery, we will move towards our common goal of becoming better at the game.
