  • Sole developer of the NAPIS (National Aging Program Information System) system using MSAccess 97. The system tracked units of service provided by senior centers throughout the state of Utah. Service unit counts were then rolled up to a state level database and the information was reported to the Federal government and funding levels were determined from the data.
  • Developed automated tool for the Department of Human Services to fix remediation issues related to the Y2K changeover. The tool was so simple and easy to use, that it was deployed state wide, across all departments as a quick and easy way to clean up 99% of the issues that MS Access had with the Y2K changeover.
  • Converted various applications from legacy technologies (DataEase, Clarion) to MS Access and VB.
