My job is to supervise clients that are coming through dept. of Labor due to being on social services unemployment. I am to set them up and oversee their work cleaning up county highways and county parks. There are at least 6-8 clients at any given day.

My business entailed home renovations such as repair or replacement of kitchen and baths, Painting, electrical and plumbing. In my business I also had to interview and hire people that were suitable for the type of work I needed qualified people for. I had crews of no less than five people that I would over see on a daily basis. Which consisted of setting up the days schedule and making material list and cost figures for the job.

I was responsible for planning, scheduling and general maintenance of the hotel. Supervising projects from beginning to finish. I was responsible for interviewing and hiring a crew that met the qualifications for the job. I had to oversee the daily running and maintenance of a 150 room hotel.
