  • Began training new project managers after proving my ability to acquire new roof replacements. I was tasked with running 120 leads and was successful in closing 93 of them.
  • I was able to procure the 93 jobs in a matter of 3.5 months - which produced almost $1.4 million in revenue.
  • Received dozens of 5 star reviews across multiple platforms by executing the projects quickly, efficiently, and with the utmost professionalism.
  • Secured 15+ referral jobs as a result of developing close relationships with my customers. To this day, I stay in touch with several of them and continue to meet them and their families out for lunch or dinner periodically. Such connections will continue to provide me with referral work in Yavapai/Maricopa County for years to come.
  • Acquired referral work from several different insurance adjusters. This was made possible because of the relationships I formed with them through friendliness, likeability, and most importantly - professionalism. This is no easy task for most, and happens very rarely in this industry.
  • After my first 4 months with Arrow, I began leading the bi-weekly sales meetings and coached even the most seasoned PMs on how to generate more business. I shared many - if not ALL of my trade secrets to the entire team of PMs. I even did so before I began leading the meetings. I mention this because it is a testament of my ability to be a team player. In my 10+ years I've worked in this industry - I've never known of ANY successful PMs to share their secrets/tactics.

Project Manager/Canvass Team Trainer

  • Consistently acquired and managed enough projects to stay very busy in the duration of my career with CRC.
  • I spent my time in the field as efficiently as possible. I will mention the importance of this because of the difficulty to do so when your builds and sales territories are sometimes 50-80 miles apart. The territory we covered was spread over 250 miles.
  • Lead the company in sales 4 of the 6 years of my employment. There were anywhere from 30-50 PMs working there at any given time. The years I didn't lead in sales - I remained in in the top 3.
  • Given my unique ability to generate business door to door. I was later hired on as the canvass team trainer in addition to my role as a PM. The success I had in this role nearly doubled the company's closing rate of canvass leads. We went from 22% to 41% within 4 months. By the end of the first 12 months, the overall closing rate climbed to 48% and peaked at 52% 18 months later.
  • Teaching is really fun. I hope I get an opportunity to coach a new PM 1 on 1 again sometime - as this is the most successful way to quickly and effectively train someone to excel in this role.
  • The PMs I've trained in the past have become very successful in their position and continue to do the same work to this day.

Production Manager / Project Manager

  • Started off as a material runner/ladder setter/sign setter/telemarketer and quickly got promoted as the production manager. This occurred because I consistently completed my field work and office work rather quickly. As such, I was having too much free time and more was put on my plate as a result. The new position also came with a very favorable raise. Win - win.
  • Scheduled all projects, produced all material orders, and a weekly payroll sheet for the crews and salesmen weekly.
  • Worked with the county to facilitate all inspections and delegated all necessary tasks to get any failed inspections passed. Set all necessary ladders for each inspection.
  • Later - was promoted AGAIN to a PM/production hybrid position because of the way I generated new business with the neighbors of the active builds I managed. This was something that was OUTSIDE of my job description, and was something I took upon myself to learn and become great at.
