Day-to-day entity management and compliance, supervising outside counsel, transactional drafting and negotiation, review of passive investments, fund investments, SAFEs and seed level investments, working with specialized advisors on tax/T&E planning and advising multiple generations of the Milstein Family regarding their investments.
Integral role in organizing and creating Grand Central Technology Accelerator LLC and Company LLC located at 22 Vanderbilt, now the largest tech accelerator enterprise in New York, NY.
