- Act as de facto general counsel to over 250 Milstein family and Emigrant Bank private investments and businesses.
- Day-to-day entity management and compliance, supervising outside counsel, transactional drafting and negotiation, review of passive investments, fund investments, SAFEs and seed level investments, working with specialized advisors on tax/T&E planning and advising multiple generations of the Milstein Family regarding their investments.
- Integral role in organizing and creating Grand Central Technology Accelerator LLC and Company LLC located at 22 Vanderbilt, now the largest tech accelerator enterprise in New York, NY.
