I currently am the Cell Lead in the Milling Department. My responsibilities are maintaining a safe work environment, coordinating the scheduling of work with the Operations manager, assigning employees daily work assignments, overseeing the quality inspection of product produced in the department, performing or overseeing set ups, & machine maintenance.
I also am am a member of the safety committee & I am responsible for Forklift training & certification company wide.
