  • Small engine and mechanical maintenance: i.e Keep all vehicles in safe operating condition by preforming oil changes, break replacement, filter cleaning. Replace hydraulic hoses on various vehicles.
  • Misc Skills: i.e Stick and flux core welding, preform various tasks with an oxy-acetylene torch. Drive Skidloader, Back hoe and dump truck.
  • Relational Skills: Work with maintenance assistants over the summer, create a volunteer based mowing and maintenance schedule, schedule with local schools and collages for work days. Reach out to local business for partnership and support
