• Olmsted Medical Center, Rochester, Minnesota (12/2021 – 9/2024).  Sole founder of this LLC / S-Corp.

• CRNA working 50% of time at Mayo Clinic in Rochester in medially directed anesthesia practice providing care for variety of cases—neurosurgical, cardiac, OB, trauma, and complex critical care.
• Rotated at nine hospitals throughout Minnesota within Mayo Health Care System Community Anesthesia Practice during other 50% of time. CRNA work environment included medially directed anesthesia practices, CRNA only practices, and independent CRNA practices providing general, MAC, and regional anesthesia."

• CRNA under contract with Omni anesthesia group employing 50 full time and per diem nurse anesthetists.
• Performed pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative anesthesia patient care at Community Regional Medical Center within a Level I Trauma, Regional Burn, and Pediatric Trauma Center without anesthesiologist oversight.
• Routinely assigned ASA III-V cases for all specialties, including neurosurgical patients, with exception of cardiac surgical and OB.
• Placement of Peripheral Nerve Blocks utilizing stimulator and ultrasound approaches.
• Served as preceptor for RRNA’s, ER physicians, EMT’s, medical students, and dental surgeons."

• Provided pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative anesthesia patient care within 730-bed tertiary academic hospital with Level I Trauma and Regional Burn Centers.
• Assigned ASA III-V cases for all specialties, including kidney transplants, with exception of cardiac and OB.
• Provided coverage for other anesthetizing locations, including pediatric and adult cath labs.
• Placement of Arterial, Peripheral, and Central Lines; Spinal and Epidural placement; TIVA, General Anesthesia, and MAC cases."
