Summary
I have been in the Automotive Collision Repair and Refinish Industry since my limited time at college. In my 22 year career, I have worked for mainly dealership collision centers: Chevrolet, Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Mazda. I worked for Peterbilt on heavy trucks and trailers and sold Auto Parts and Axalta paint. I received an opportunity to work for NB Coatings which later became NPAA as a Workability Specialist. Building on my Collision Refinishing background I moved into a Color Lab Position working on new colors matches for our OEM customers, performing multiple spray outs daily, Together with other PD labs we would offer support to our Field Tech Team running new color paint trials. From there, I had a short time back as Senior Workability Specialist running Paint Recirculation for Evaluation Team and Spray Booth System Maintenance. Recently moved to Manufacturing as a Color Shader 2 on Second Shift. Shading Paint from 25 to 2000 gallon batches, also we process and final QC on our Primers, Clear Coats, and in-house Resins and Additives. Looking for the next step in Automotive Paint.

- Spray Paint Sample 'O' chip for Color Match on in house spray equipment and work up Color Adjustment Formula
- Use Customer Idios for QC and Color Match on ABB BELL, Ransburg Evolver, Graco 5500, Fanuc Bell, ABB RB1000i or conventional Hand Spray
