Increasing daily staffing of response personnel from 6 to 15 per day. Additionally, Station 3 and Training center were added. While land has been purchased for another future station.
  • Managed department budget effectively, prioritizing essential equipment purchases and maintenance without compromising safety standards. Districts budget has grown from approximately $2.5 million to $8 million annual. During this growth, staffing increased, employee wages/ benefits grew and equipment replacement and updating was placed on schedule.
  • Established strong relationships with local government officials to secure necessary funding and resources for department's needs.
  • Supervised incident command operations, ensuring proper coordination among on-scene personnel and effective communication with external agencies.
  • Updated standard operating procedures to reflect advancements in firefighting technology and best practices.

  • Through collaboration of Missouri's Fire Service, Insurance providers and State Legislature.
  • Missouri Fire Fighters Critical Illness Pool MFFCIP was created to provide benefit to members afflicted with certain types of cancer.
  • Additionally, the Pool is striving to lessen these occurrences through changing culture of Fire Service in protection, prevention and detection
  • The Pool is currently developing a program to help address Mental Wellness issues in Fire Fighters, EMS personnel and Emergency Communications personnel.
