• Operates/oversees the operation of the Facility Management Software System (FMSS) including, but not limited to, facility asset identification and inventory including attached equipment/features, condition assessment, cost estimating, work order generation, and life cycle.
• Supports Park management in complying with core responsibilities Real Property Asset Management, Departmental Asset Management Plan, and Federal Real Property Asset Management.

Performs supervisory and advanced level operations service work under general supervision from an administrative or technical superior. Work includes directing activities of one or more crews of laboring and/or motor equipment, operation and repair personnel In plumbing, electrical, and carpentry; driving and operating of heavy motor, construction and complex mechanical equipment; directs and participate in the day to day operations of a large size site or sites.

• Performed life-saving procedures during medical emergencies, administering CPR and first aid as needed.
• Responded to emergency medical calls to perform lifesaving procedures and other emergency medical services.
• Collaborated with fellow firefighters to execute efficient firefighting strategies, mitigating property damage and loss of life.
• Drove and operated structural pumpers, tankers, ladders, and service vehicles to aid in rescue operations.

Plans, schedules and supervises maintenance and upkeep of grounds. Designs, plans and implements the turf maintenance program for the athletic fields. Manages watering and irrigation systems, planting, fertilization, weed control, pest control, pruning and overall grounds maintenance. Performs administrative duties involving personnel, accounting, purchasing, reporting, preparation of the annual departmental budget, work flow and policy implementation.

Under direction, supervises and manages park operations and programs within a designated geographical area and/or region/county-wide programs within the park system to provide a secure, safe, and enjoyable park experience for the public. A geographical area includes diverse park facilities and structures that are found within the park system (e.g., regional, recreational, local, neighborhood, conservation, special, and stream valley parks).
