  • Provided technical support to sales executives/teams both on client facing conference calls as well as in person client meetings. Post-site survey responsibilities included creating SOW (Scope of Work) documentation, OSP (outside plant) CAD drawings, ROE (Right Of Entry) agreements with building/real-estate management. This would be documentation that assisted Network Engineering and OSP Construction Depts for their involvement with projects.
