Gregory Fowler

As Youth Director, I am responsible for leading, managing and delegating all ministries, events, and teaching that is done for teens grades 7th-12th. This includes administrative work, planning and scheduling all activities and meetings, preaching/teaching, counseling, and discipleship.

Ministries included are FCC Youth Group, Dodge Ball, and Youth Sunday School.

- Plan and schedule weekly meetings, itinerary for meetings, lessons, games, etc.

- Plan monthly events for Youth, as well as four big yearly events. (Summer camp, Winter camp, Reverb, Spring All-Nighter)

- Recruit and train leaders for the ministries.

- Communicate with parents through parent meetings, email/texting weekly youth updates, and conversing with parents about their teens.

- Prepare sermon series for the teens, preach at Youth Group, and teach at Sunday School.

- Disciple and counsel youth through small group ministries and one on one discipleship, as well as ministry equipping and training.

As Young Adults Director, I am responsible for overseeing the Young Adults service for ages 22-35, and the College and Career group for ages 18-22. This means delegating responsibilities, scheduling out sermon series and events, training up others for the ministry, counseling Young Adults, and weekly preaching at the Young Adults service.

• Specifically, running natural gas lines and manes through homes and developments.

• Assisted in training new staff on register operations and customer service standards.
• Maintained cleanliness and organization of workstations to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Handled customer inquiries and resolved complaints, improving overall service quality.
