Accomplishments

  • Accenture - Diversity and Inclusion project to increase global inclusion of all employees. Surveys were sent to all employees to gauge engagement with hopes to discover how employees honestly felt being about being an employee of the company. I assisted in local survey reports which were tallied globally with key points and common themes used as an initiative for our Diversity and Inclusion Program. Goal initiatives were to have a 50/50 leadership workforce(male/female) by the year 2022 as well as increased Work/Life Balance initiatives. These initiatives are ongoing.   • Accenture - Back On My Feet - As a part of Accenture's Corporate Citizenship, I was the Accenture Lead for Back on My Feet for the city of Austin. Back on My Feet combats homelessness through the power of running, community support and essential employment and housing resources. I led a team of approximately 5 employees who worked with BOMF members on resume writing and interviewing skills. The team successfully assisted BOMF members in finding sustainable employee on their way to success.
  • Accenture Decreased Call Center decreased absenteeism by 70%. I assisting in designing a "Request-Off" website which allowed employees to ask co-workers in the call center their availability to cover a shift when the employee needed off. This initiative put the power and the creativity of Work/Life balance back into the employee's hands. I also worked with leadership to create a Career Path for employees for internal job positions. I held Lunch and Learns to increase navigation of the internal job application process and tips for obtaining a career of their passion within the company.
