I have had a vast exposure to the Dental field and feel very comfortable performing procedures as well as working with patients.Thirty years of experience is hard to pass up if that is what you are seeking out in an employee.
I have about 5years of good productive work and then I may quit working.
-After Residency in Hospital Dentistry and Oral Maxillofacial Surgery I bought a Practice in Georgetown,SC and began to practice what I had learned.I soon found myself capable of performing all aspects of Dentistry due to the Experience I had in the hospital setting.
Endodontics; I took a comprehensive course in cutting edge rotary file endo which allowed me to treat all of the emergency tooth aches that sought my help.
Orthodontics ; I continued to seek out the deficiencies I had in my skills and am glad because I realized being proficient at these is a matter of practice.Soon I had quite a few patients in full Orthodontic treatment.
Oral Surgery: I had 2.5 years in a residency program in Seattle at the University of Washington so maxillofacial issues didn't pose a threat. All wisdom teeth and Implants were handled in the office and patients liked that.
I practiced thirty years as a Solo practitioner and in that time I may have refered out 2 patients and one of those referals was due to a personality conflict.
