- I manage all phases of the home modifications for US Government Medicaid recipients. We do a site visit of the members’ home and conduct an assessment of the members limitations and then we inspect the members’ home. We submit a therapist assessment report of the member and submit a recommended construction proposal that would meet the member and their care providers needs to allow the member to safely remain in their homes. I provide the budget and manage all aspects of the home modifications processes. The scope I provide to general contractors is the scope that the Medicaid Insurance companies have authorized. I am the project manager who works with all stakeholders and sees the entire project from conception to completion. I monitored and managed approximately $2.5 million Medicaid home modification projects in 2022.
