Summary

For over 22 years I had worked in the skilled building trades. I've had the opportunity to exercise knowledge in building maintenance with HVAC and refrigeration being main expertise. Have enjoyed providing technical support on complex systems to vendors technicians as well as facilitate solutions for hurdles on demanding repairs. At one time or another in current position the last 9 years, I've had the opportunity to manage facility needs for 200+ plasma donor centers throughout the United States. Not only hands on skilled building trade experience, I am familiar with Microsoft programs, SAP/AP programs, SAP Concur, CMMS software such as (Maximo) / (Visual Lease), and other business management computer based program skills. I have gained experience partnering with Real Estate teams, property owners / landlords, building services and customers. Throughout the remainder of my career, I hope continue to manage and possibly improve already in place procedures and tasks, as well as adapt to the changes and new procedures to better myself and the company I am employed with.
