Designed landscapes from start to finish, including installation
Using extensive plant knowledge from previous landscape experience
As the owner, I specialized in client relations from selling products, to final installation
Also assisted crew in all phases of landscaping from plant removal, to soil prep, to tree installation or removal

After installation, my team and I handled all maintenance of the properties

I managed a team of 50 employees doing commercial landscape and maintenance with a client base of 30-40 commercial properties
Each day, I opened the gate each morning for everyone to come and get the trailers that I assigned to them before telling them which property they were at per day
In addition to managing where everyone went each day, I also had a crew that came out with me to larger properties where we took care of all maintenance for the property we were at that day
Upon returning, I handled closing up the shop where our trailers were kept, took inventory of everything we had and needed to stock up on.
Managed and cared for the nursery of plants we used on properties for installation
Supervised operations staff and kept employees compliant with company policies and procedures.
