  • My daily requirements involve L3E tasks on Hitachi M7XX and 90XX dry etch equipment. I coordinate the PM teams and Error recovery with EIC/FSE support depending on the priority. Tool support involves PM i.e.; chamber clean, TU clean. I support tool alarms, equipment trouble-shooting, such as TU or chamber not pumping down, error recovery and wafer recovery post tool error abort. PM work also includes: RF calibration, Gas line component replacement (MFC/AOV/Regulator) Transfer Unit (TU) Clean/wafer wand pad replacement. Equipment Projects as required to support wafer tools i.e.: Software upgrade with EIC or FSE. I work utilizing technical manuals, Intel specifications, drawings, diagrams, Pre task Plan, schematics, written and verbal instructions utilizing a variety of tools, test equipment, problem solving techniques and communication skills. I work on tools with toxic chemicals, gas, and dangerous electrical equipment are in operation and safety classes are required: advanced electrical safety/chemical safety/control of hazardous energies (COHE).

  • My duties as a Slot Technician were to repair or replace lighting circuits, bill validators processor and I/O boards, power supplies, wire harnesses, switches and replace defective chips using test equipment. I was responsible for the repair of indoor signs, coin rollers, coin sorters, bill counters and other support equipment. I have completed several installations of new banks of slot machines. Most of my daily work required answering calls for assistance or repairs and pay disputes.
