Currently working as Structural Recapitalization (Recap) Branch Chief in the Directorate of Aircraft Production
Design, develop, teach, coordinate, and facilitate education and training initiatives, as related to metal processing technical training needs for the Corpus Christi Army Depot's Workforce Development.
Daily duties involve the planning, coordinating, administering work, and directing of production operations of repair and return of UH-60 and UH-60 Victor Model Blackhawks during the structures portion of the depot repair.
Establish timelines for structures repair both weekly and monthly to ensure production is on track to meet completion dates.
Review and recommend changes to Technical Manuals (TM), Depot Maintenance Work Requirements (DMWR), job performance aids and other training products.
Currently supervise, and train 20 artisans and 2 work leads assigned to my cost center in daily operations, while ensuring high productivity and quality standards are met.

Review completed work for overall effectiveness in attaining stated objectives, while also coordinating programs/operations with key quality, engineering, supply, procurement, production, and manufacturing personnel.
