Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes

Dissemble, clean and reassemble production equipment to prepare for processing

Conduct pre-processing staging to assure that required raw materials are assembled, weighted and meet specified consistency as outlined in written processes.

Operate the process equipment to create product that meets pre-determined specifications.

Monitor and record critical process parameters and make necessary adjustments to assure finished product meets customer satisfaction

Transfer processed materials through production equipment to include dryer, filtration systems, blenders and sieving equipment,

Package finished product and transfer to the warehouse

Operate solvent recovery system to assure cyclohexane ingredient is of the purest form

Follow all documentation procedures to assure that all paperwork is in accordance with all company and regulatory standards.

Efficiently produce high quality deep drawn parts using hydraulic and transfer presses, for automotive and retail appliance customers. During the running of the presses, it is also required to problem solve, trouble shoot and repair the machines as necessary.

Process a detailed knowledge of hydraulic processes and their effects on machining

Ability to perform repairs including but not limits to the removal of motors and their reconstruction, the replacement of electrical limits and proximity switches and the replacement of electrical fuses and air cylinders.

Experienced in lathing, shaping, milling , boring, and drilling as necessary to produce components for machine repair.

Intuitive troubleshooting in the areas of noise and vibration, worn tools and inserts, making mating adjustments as required to offset trending values, pipe fitting techniques, etc.

Experiences forklift operator.

Possess the ability to use various types of precision measuring tools (ex. micrometers, gauges on surfaces plates, calipers, comparators)

Solid ability to understand Statistical Process Control (SPC) applications and interpretations of statistical results.
