  • Performs a wide variety of legal duties in the Specialty Court Programs under the Specialty Courts Services Director; Coordination of docket and staffing for court review hearings; Direct supervision of the specialty court participants’ compliance with programming, including implementation of the appropriate supervision level based on established measures, providing community linkages and referrals to appropriate agencies, and monitoring the day-to-day activities of the participants.
  • ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
  • Completes orientations and compliance checks with participants.
  • Reviews client referral information to determine if program eligibility criteria are met.
  • Investigates and summarizes the facts of potential pending cases.
  • Maintains files as necessary for clients in the programs.
  • Analyzes program reports and provides results to appropriate staff.
  • Performs legal research and follow up as required.
  • Allocates screening referrals to compliance manager.
  • Monitor clients and supervision of case in conjunction with MDOC and treatment providers.
  • Meet with clients regularly following specialty court supervision standards.

  • Driver for Paws to Remember out of the Great Lakes Crematory. And under the umbrella of Oguinn's funeral home. Go to different vets, and pet owners homes to pick up deceased pets and take them to the crematory. Then deliver cremains to vets offices to be given back to the owners.
