● Researched and completed application processes for numerous charitable software donation/philanthropy programs some of which included but are not limited to:
⮚ “Google Adwords” with an annual budget of $120,000 provided at no cost to the organization.
⮚ Hardware and Software required to implement a Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment. This resulted in an approximate
annual saving of $55,000 for the organization.
⮚ ESRI ARC GIS software resulting in an organizational savings of approximately $195,000.
⮚ Completed migration of the organizations email to a charitable/no cost service with Google. This resulted in an annual cost
savings of approximately $33,000 for the organization.
● Implemented a 10 year Email archiving solution to aid in legal discovery of emails and documents.

IT Infrastructure Manager responsible for an IT team which provided services to Carlisle headquarters and multiple business units encompassing 28 manufacturing and distribution facilities in North America and Asia, 1,300 end users and annual global revenue of $850 million. Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company’s computer/network infrastructure. Accountable for end to end delivery of business systems functionality which includes Planning, Execution, Software Development Lifecycle, Vendor Management and Resource Management.
● Managed and coordinated the Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) internal audit controls.
● Assisted the director in performing an IT risk assessment, analyzing and developing internal IT controls, policies and procedures.
● Work closely with Internal Audit team members to address issues or gaps identified during varied and complex IT departmental audit processes and to monitor the remediation of prior period deficiencies.
● Conducted continuous reviews to align IT audit processes with changing business conditions.
● Managed a network of approximately 1300 Windows based computer systems and 120 Wintel servers.
● Successfully designed and implemented the IT infrastructure for a newly constructed 650,000 sqft. automated material sorting/handling and distribution facility; preparing scope of work, negotiating/approving contracts and installation of a network infrastructure with 100% wireless coverage, VOIP and wireless phone systems, and Wintel server.
● Managed a staff 8 personnel in various technical positions.
● Managed the organizations 13,000 sq. ft. data center and approx. 120 Wintel servers.
● Designed, implemented and tested the organizations Disaster Recovery/Data Continuity plans.
● Managed Active Directory, MS Exchange and Citrix farm environments for 5 separate Carlisle Company business organizations.
● Planned and executed a complex change of external IP addresses for the Data Center with minimal downtime.
● Maintained a 99% uptime for the organizations data center.

Network/Server Administrator maintaining and monitoring the computer infrastructure, both locally and remotely along with email systems, mailing lists and user accounts. Managed domain user and computer accounts using Active Directory and Group Policy.
